This world pulls us in many directions and at times it can be challenging to find our footing. I hope you can take a moment to pause and find some gratitude for finding your way here. It means you’ve already taken the first step to journeying deeper. 

Therapy is a mutual relationship of understanding and exchange of trust. I’ll share a little bit about myself before I get the privilege of learning about you. Before becoming a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I spent several years working in the creative and entertainment industries. That chapter of my life gave me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experience—especially the pressures that come with high-performance environments, the importance of authentic self-expression, and how vital real connection is to our well-being.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with unique individuals who have each shared a different story. This perspective continues to shape how I show up in the therapy room. My approach is rooted in warmth, mutual respect, and genuine connection. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reflect on your glimmers and shadows, and grow at your own pace. At times, that might mean offering a gentle challenge or holding space for discomfort—but always with compassion and curiosity.
